Some friendships just start; no matter how long you and another person have been friends or how close you and this said person are, you can (and will) never be able to recall that spark of ignition.
But then there are some rare moments. Rare timeless moments that before they’re even over you just know what the future lies. And in these moments, great friendships are forged.
One of the these moments just happens to be getting caught in a torrential downfall with four strangers studying at the Lincoln Memorial. And maybe you only know their first names but suddenly you share a lot more than soaking wet notebook papers and ripped textbook pages and bleeding highlighters.
It was no ordinary friendship. We were inseparable, constantly being separated. I’ve realized, no matter where you are, or who you’re with, I will always… truly… completely… love you.
